Ron Wierks, the President of Warehouse on Earth, has over 20 years experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, management, and development.  He understands the phases of historical commercial real estate and the development of the New England Market.  Ron has been the Manager and Director of Real Estate for Urban Smart Growth, the Director of Acquisitions for Atlantic Resources Real Estate, the General Manager of Davenport Commercial Management, the Vice-President of Mason Equity Management, and the Vice-President of Gillingwater Management.

Shane Wierks

Shane is a college graduate with a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, Shane entered the real estate industry immediately following his schooling in 2008. Since this time he has established himself in the retail brokerage industry, representing over 10,000 square feet of retail centers for various landlords in New Jersey, exclusively represents several national retailers in their expansion plans throughout the state, and has closed over $50,000,000 in volume. Shane holds his New Jersey Brokers/Associate license, is a 3-year in a row CoStar Power Broker Winner, and has been named in several other awards/publications. Through his in depth dealings with large landlords (retail/residential) throughout the tri-state area, Shane has visions of bringing the cutting edge techniques of WOE to clients.
